Business Transformation Consultant
I help large companies transform their businesses by solving problems and breaking silos. I achieve this by being an energetic translator and glue between all teams. Leading the key multi year strategic initiative for Johnson Controls resulted in $85M in incremental revenue in year one. I led my most recent direct sales client to shift over 30,000 monthly orders from a paper based order management system to a SaaS system. Using data analysis and cross-functional team leadership I am able to interpret business needs and technical requirements according to every person’s terminology; translating between levels, function and geographies.
